根据学生所写的内容和语言表达初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后赋分。该题主要信息点有：have different tasks（2分）、discuss the topic（2分）、write down the key points and form a report (2分)、make a report (2分) 以及Good points（2分）。注重内容表达，重点看所表达的信息是否有效，能否完成题目要求。各档次给分范围和要求： 第一档：(9-10分)符合题目内容要求，语言流畅，内容充实，无语法错误。其中满分作文要求信息完整，行文连贯，表达清晰明了而且卷面整洁。 第二档：(7—8分)符合题目内容要求，语句基本连贯，有少量的语法错误，可读性较好。 第三档：(4—6分)基本符合题目内容要求，语句不够连贯，行文不够流畅，语意表达不够清楚。 第四档：(1—3分)只能写出符合题目内容要求的一些信息词汇。文中每个语法错误扣0.5分，语法错误总共扣分不超过2分; 每个单词错误扣0.5分，单词错误总共扣分不超过2分; 词数70-100为正常；不够70词或多出100词可酌情扣分。
